WHY DRINK A SMOOTHIE?
Pre and post fuel for the body!
In this day and age, we are all rushing to and from the gym, cramming as much as we can into the hour we set aside each day for our workouts! Yet we forget the most important two things before and after each training session......FUEL FOR OUR BODY!!!!!!! The nutrients our bodies must have for pre and post workout meals, seem to take a back seat due to "lack of time....or I don't want to make anything to eat"......Bottom line is, if you are not getting the fuel (pre/post) workout you are WASTING YOUR TIME AND YOUR WORKOUT!! To combat this, and to eliminate being in a catabolic state all day...grab a pre or post workout shake. If you are lucky enough to have a smoothie bar at your gym USE IT!!!! You can't afford to waste all that hard work and not reward yourself. Smoothies come in a variety of flavors and caloric variations to meet everyone's individual needs. So if you forget, grab a balanced pre-workout smoothie, or definitely grab a post workout smoothie. Remember ladies and gentleman,
